For established founders and experts

Don't make your next move until you know what moved.

You can execute yesterday's playbook perfectly and still get today's problem.

When a successful business stops responding the way it used to, Temporal Intelligence finds the one Constraint behind the problems. Then, if you want it, we map what to do about it, and when.

02The Method

We diagnose before we prescribe.

Find the problem behind the problems.

"I need more clients" can be a symptom. "My marketing stopped working" can be a symptom. Even "I'm burned out" can be a symptom.

And if you mistake the symptom for the underlying condition, you can spend a tremendous amount of money getting very good solutions to the wrong problem.

We look for where the evidence converges.

What happens once you begin

  1. Day 1

    Run the tests

A short online intake. It takes approximately 10 minutes. No weeks of journaling. No giant workbook. Then we investigate independently.

  2. Within 3 business days

    You receive your first findings

You tell us what's right. What's close. What's wrong. You show us what we couldn't see.

  3. Then

    Find where the evidence converges

The Constraint is the thing that makes the symptoms coherent.

  4. About 7 to 10 days

We reveal it with you, live

We keep calibrating until we reach the finish line: "Yep. That's it."

There's no sales call required. Most Founder's Diagnostics can be completed in approximately 7 to 10 days, depending primarily on how quickly you're able to review and respond.

What happens after the Diagnostic? Maybe nothing. The Founder's Diagnostic is a complete engagement. If you find yourself asking "Okay. I see it. Now which way do I go?", that's the Temporal Map.

03Case Study 01

She bought a $3M business that no longer existed.

We'll call her Diane. The financials were real. But the business that had produced those numbers no longer existed.

$100Kover the trailing 12 months, down from about $3M a year
$747the highest price across approximately 40 products
$20Kalready spent on expert business advice
"It was a lot of money for nothing, quite frankly."

What the Diagnostic found

The business was competing in the wrong tier.

Every symptom looked like marketing: traffic, conversion, positioning, acquisition. The marketing problems were real. They just weren't THE problem.

The pricing, the acquisition difficulty, the positioning and the mismatch between what the business delivered and how it was sold suddenly made sense together.

We knew what problem we were actually solving.

"That's it. That's it. Yeah, that's it. Perfect."
Mark Porteous, Co-Founder, Soul Affiliate Alliance and JV Directory, when we read back his Constraint
"It was probably the most important thing I did this summer."
Erin Goffin

04Who this is for

For the successful business you already built.

This is for you if

  • You have succeeded before, and something has changed that you cannot yet name.
  • What used to work is producing less: a plateau, buyers behaving differently, a model that has become exhausting.
  • You want to know what is actually causing it before you make your next expensive move.

This is not for you if

  • You are creating your first offer or winning your first few clients.
  • You want weekly coaching calls, a program, or someone to tell you what to do tomorrow.
  • You want a guaranteed financial result. We guarantee the diagnosis, not the outcome.

05The Reads

First, what’s true. Then, what to do with it.

The Founder's Diagnostic establishes what's true. The Temporal Map determines what to do with what's true.

06Questions

What people ask before they start.

What do I have to do, and how much of my time does it take?

Very little at the start: a short intake of about 10 minutes, then we investigate on our own. Your first findings arrive within 3 business days. You mark what is right, what is close and what is wrong, and add what only someone inside the business could know. Then we reveal the Constraint with you, live. Most Diagnostics finish in about 7 to 10 days, and the pace depends mostly on how quickly you respond.

What do I have at the end?

A diagnostic record you keep: how you are built to operate, what is actually happening inside the business, what is happening in the market around it, and the one Constraint that makes those findings make sense together. You own the diagnosis. Use it yourself, give it to your team or a trusted advisor, or continue into the Temporal Map. The diagnosis determines what belongs next.

What if the diagnosis does not fit?

Then we are not finished. The Recognition Guarantee means we keep calibrating until we reach a Constraint that fits the evidence and that you recognize as explaining what has actually been happening. We do not guarantee you will like the answer, and we do not promise a particular financial result.

Why is there no sales call?

Because your time is better spent on the diagnosis than on a pitch. There is no hour of explaining your business to someone deciding whether to take you on, and no one to convince. You invest in the Diagnostic, we start investigating straight away, and the conversation you do have is the one that matters: the reveal, where you see what the evidence says and tell us whether it is true.

Is this astrology?

It is one part of a larger read. Your Structural Architecture draws on seven symbolic systems, and we only pay attention where independent systems point to the same pattern. That is one of four examinations. The others look at your business, your market, and the timing you are operating inside. The Constraint comes from where all of that converges, and you calibrate every finding before it counts. We use AI to make the translation, convergence and ranking possible. We drive it. It does not tell us what is true.
